I know this was not meant to me, I hope you don't mind me giving my opinion (which you're free to disregard of course). I don't think "sacrality" can mean anything to irreligious people, but your question is very deep. I'll keep thinking about it and maybe I'll change my mind.

I’m curious what it means to you! I’ve been flipping back and forth on whether anything is sacred. On the one hand, everything I understand today will likely be deepened by orders of magnitude in the future. On the other hand, some things occasionally do feel sacred.

How does this change my behavior? When something feels sacred, boundaries and my sense of self recede. My stance tends to be one of "participation" or "observation" rather than of "trying" or "acting".
