I don't know of anywhere excellent in SF which consistently offers carbonara. Sorrel has it sometimes, and it's great when they do. But alas.

Roma Antica has a nice one but wouldn't say best. I say we all do dinner or sth

Looks like they put cream in it maybe? Unusual! Haven't had theirs.
