I don't know of anywhere excellent in SF which consistently offers carbonara. Sorrel has it sometimes, and it's great when they do. But alas.

Roma Antica has a nice one but wouldn't say best. I say we all do dinner or sth

Confession: I've really struggled to master carbonara. Locanda's was better than any of my attempts. I suppose I may need an excuse to practice… :)
So... carbonara night tonight at Roma Antica, is this where this is going 🙃
