I have a Google Scholar alert for new citations of

's 2011 LiquidText paper, but alas there have only been a couple high-quality cites. I just can't get over how little has been added to those ideas in the past decade!

Is there a standard format for this? Can't we spin up a nice parallel markup file to contain marginal comments with links to specific bits of the pdf? (The pdf spec is notoriously painful - likely why so few support comments)
