apart from personal aesthetic preferences, i don't like camel case kind of a capitalisation because it makes me feel like i don't have a "free flow" of thoughts. and manually changing that disrupts the whole point. i tend to write emails in lowercase too, unless it's a first mail

weirdly, it's not because i don't like any punctuation, i use a lot of commas, as seen
