One reason we don't have more interesting, quality structured text editors: it's *really* hard to implement table-stakes editing operations well, particularly on web. In this video, I attempt to arrow up/down and shift+up/down to select inter-line in 8 outliners. Very yikes.

I can't tell—is this actually an outliner like the others? e.g. bulk operations on subtrees?

Yes it is! We're launching blocks operations parity with Roam in the next update (next week) Our core differentiator is that we automatically link content without the need for [[explicit references]], the editor searches and links references for you

Nice! I'm curious: how do you identify term / phrase boundaries and decide when something is meaningful enough to link? e.g. if I write "The fact that" in a bunch of places, presumably you don't link that? Interesting problem space.

We started from something simple: titles and headings. If something refers to a document or section of, we link it. In the near future we'll go down the factoid/semantic rabbit hole, e.g. linking "the capital of United States" with "Washington DC" or "red cat" with "red feline"
