Noodling on a scheduler for automaticity-focused spaced repetition prompts. eg: for "what minor key has four flats?", the point isn't to know the answer but to know it in <100ms. Scheduler can act more like a control system: repeat sooner / later according to diff from target.

(Yes, I know I can simulate this with remembered / forgotten but expo acceleration / deceleration doesn't behave the right way for this stuff. If one takes 250ms and the other takes 2.5s, I need to repeat the latter a lot sooner.)

I'm interested in the mechanisms you're using to time this.

Current sketch is that prompt has three fields:
Setup: "Which minor musical key has…" (hit continue; timer starts)
Question: "…five flats?" (hit continue to stop timer)
Answer: "Bb minor" (still mark as remembered/forgotten)
