What are the best examples of significant harm caused by "infohazards"? (don't say Roko)
I tend to internally roll my eyes when I hear this concern, often from EA-land, and I'd like to inoculate myself against that if appropriate.

Sort of joking, sort of not: I think people would forgo a lot of ambitious projects if they knew what the real costs would be.
E.g., entrepreneurs we bring in to talk to students sometimes tell me no one would become an entrepreneurs if they knew how hard it would really be.
