YES! Neven please help me almost all of the recipes and references are for vinegary giardiniera. I'm having trouble creating sufficiently awesome oily giardiniera. What do you do?

Thank you!! Surprising to see canola oil rather than olive oil.
Olive oil would take over the smell and taste if left for too long… if you don’t plan on keeping it for weeks you could use it…
