Excited that 76% of San Francisco adults are vaccinated, but it's striking how much first-dose administration has slowed down (presumably due to interest).
In the past two weeks, SF has averaged 1,780 first / J+J doses per day. In the first two weeks of April, it was 8,863/day!

(Just to give a sense: at our current rate, it'd be another 3.5 months to vaccinate the rest of SF's adults. Of course the rate will continue to decline; we'll never hit 100%; etc)

Could also be that 2nd dose is now filling the capacity as they were ramping up during 1st doses but then they stop increasing capacity and the service can only cope 2nd doses for a while. I don't know for SF but that happend in the UK. Likely very different systems though.
