Vi puts it well: “…my life has lost much of its surface texture. Stagnant and repetitive, constrained movement, no measurable progress.” Esp working alone, I have few exogenous sources of variance day-to-day. I’ve felt the need to create them: trips, hikes, rituals, etc.
