SF's currently assigned to CA's "purple" tier b/c its numbers only qualified for advancement this past week. But interestingly (b/c of the health equity metric) our numbers now meet orange tier requirements! In practice, we have to hold at red 3 weeks first though.

(The details: our case rate is at the "red" tier level, but our test positivity % is at "yellow" and our equity-quartile test positivity % is at "orange", which permits us to move one level beyond our case rate… which will likely qualify for orange next week anyway)
