Lools like I have to get hold a PS5 for this. Dreams, by Sony owned Media Molecule, is a game to create games/videos of extremely detailed art, animation, mechanics and music.

Dreams is astonishing. The creators were demoing at GDC15. I marveled aloud at a detailed bookcase. The dev said “Oh, these were all made in game.
