The answer used to be Una Pizza Napoletana’s margherita by a huge margin, but now that they’re gone, I’d say Capo’s Michigan Ave deep dish or Tony’s New Yorker coal fired.

Now all other Neapolitan pizzas in SF just remind me of how much better Una was, so I’ve had to switch styles. :(
