Could you share more about your practice here? When a card comes up, do you switch to a separate place to do gratitude journaling? Or is it more that these cards come out of gratitude journaling?

..send it to him by clicking wrong. This meant my feelings had to get “cleaner” to start not seeing them, bc I’d just keep seeing the same cards until I knew what I was feeling. But I only did this for a few weeks (don’t remember why I stopped). Mostly it felt fantastic
