Passages from books that become memes among friend-groups, so that every month or two someone says a phrase and you're immediately transported to that passage…

It is interesting to use spaced repetition to re-experience beautiful things! People do this naturally by e.g. visiting art museums with permanent collections. But you can write prompts which help you relive powerful experiences, e.g. through visualization (h/t ).

I'll confess I understand this technique much less well! Sometimes the prompts seem quite good; often they seem like drudgery. Lots more to explore there.
