My notes are a folder of Markdown files, mostly edited with Bear. I have various useful scripts, most notably a script that adds backlinks and another that extracts SRS prompts. The web interface is a simple webapp.
As long as we're talking about it... I really like the web app's interface style of opening links side by side. It rewards exploration and makes links more helpful compared to, say, Roam.

That’s the reason why I asked. The side by side exploration experience really got me. Doesn’t Roam also open a sidebar when you click on a link?
