Twitter: I am terrible at asking for help! I never think to do it. And when I do, I dismiss it, thinking “ah, it’s so much overhead to involve others that it’s easier to just handle myself.” But I’m sure I’m not asking nearly enough.
Help me! What strategies do you have here?
Conversation
I'll try to frame the strategy in my interpretation of your strengths.
The same way you map how ideas connect with each other and impact systems, you can do a slight reframe to map how problems connect to people.
Problem Framing -> Delegation -> Teaching ->Rapport Building

Problem Framing
Frame your problems in a general way to you, but in a specific way to someone else.
What is the category of this problem and how does it impact the strategy of what you want to accomplish.
How can this be outlined that it could be tactically accomplished.

Delegation
Listen to people and observe what seems to come naturally to them or where they have results or connections in.
If you can't keep a skill inventory of someone in your head, find an effective second brain to delegate towards.
Match problems with people suited for it

Teaching
You can do something, or you can teach someone how to do something.
If you can't teach someone, then you can break the problem down until it matches their capabilities while explaining at a level that's suited to them.

You're welcome. Thank you for helping me with your thoughts of better thinking and helping to reframe and expand the scope of spaced repetition.
