👍 As in, you put the contents of the thing itself on the "front" of a prompt, with no "back"?

With the advice, I might give myself question prompts on the front, but on the compliments I just use the front because I don’t want to talk to myself like a dog (who’s a good boy?). A lot of the benefit for me with SR schedules is just keeping thoughts “around”
