I'm sorry to resurrect such an old thread, but this came up in correspondence today, and I was wondering—did this ever happen? I wasn't able to find a tool online, but I'd love to see one! (My belated thanks for this great paper)
Unfortunately we were never able to release the tools. But it might not be that difficult to recreate them if you or someone you know is interested.
Good question! It was up for some time a while ago. As far as I know it is not currently available, but I've recently been working on putting a version online. Will update when available!
