I think we underestimate the value in aggressively curating our information sources.
I find when I read more from people who are nuanced, thoughtful, curious, kind, quick to admit mistakes, not easily outraged, etc., I am more likely to be those things as well.

It depends on what topic you’re looking for.
I think people like , , are particularly good examples of this.
But mostly I think it’s a matter of unfollowing people who too often engage in the opposite kinds of behaviors.
