!), and it was super fun, in large part bc it was very interactive! Got me thinking about virtual performance media. People do concerts on Zoom, but they're not very interactive—could be on YT. What other forms make good virtual shows?

I wonder what stand-up comedy would be like if you could funnel audience laughter into the audio Like a laugh track for the viewers, but feedback for the performer?

It’s tricky: for the most part, people need to be muted to avoid feedback. The magician, Kevin, mentioned that he found it hard performing to a “silent auditorium.” People selectively unmute to react, but it’s not natural.

What if the individual volume levels on the audience were decreased? So a single chuckle wouldn’t take over the whole audio, but everyone laughing at the same time would be noticeable

I found a similar feedback would be useful for teachers for distance learning. The silence of a classroom must be terrifying.
