I’ve often wondered if we could use Hamming codes to reduce bias in 360 reviews, with reviews acting as parity checks. Poll each colleague on whether some level of performance is exhibited in an even/odd # of a group of their colleagues, and back out performance.

You might as well ask them for all the information, it's not less work for the employee to report that and any bias removal / post processing, you can do on your side. Bayesians use *all* the data. The only reason to throw data away is speed.
