SF case count now starting to look a little more clearly sigmoidal. I've been somewhat surprised that this hasn't flattened out more aggressively, now 15 days into shelter-in-place. Do we think that's due to testing backlog?

i meant “when you account for 100% of cases.” 97% have symptoms by day 12, but that’s not 100%

Median is ~5. Range is 2 to 14 in MOST cases AFAIK. But I've seen many mentions of a few cases taking significantly longer, but (again AFAIK) that's rare.
