* during working blocks, I alternate between 35m focused unitasking and 5m breaks * no internet until after first block, intentionally-scheduled internet time afterwards * I usually only take meetings after 4; if I don't have any, I'll do email and little tasks 4-6

You can see, I’m sure, that I use Beeminder to maintain several of them! Others “chain” easily or are somewhat contingent.

Similar for me but my routine got screwed since gyms closed... Wake up (usually before 4am weekdays) --> meditate --> work (plan / emails etc) --> gym --> Wim Hof breathing --> breakfast --> work --> maybe walk for lunch --> work more
