Twitter, what's your most oddball let's-tee-up-the-week ritual?
(I'm food-obsessed but don't want to take time making lunch on weekdays. So I make a *huge* quiche each Sunday, eat a slice each day. I find the whole delicate process—pâte briseé, parbake, custard—oddly spiritual!)

A weekly review is not an oddball ritual, but checking-email-only-once-a-week is very gratifyingly oddball! 👍

Hmm, I feel like I'd have a good answer but 
. Haven't had an external schedule in years so days of the week mostly feel pretty arbitrary.
But I do a weekly review, & at times my "how's your email?" Q has meant that I basically check email once/week & zero-inbox then.
