It's "annual personal review" season! Lots of people are writing about setting their 2020 goals, or looking back on what worked or didn't in 2019.
Those practices are cool, but in this thread, tell me—what's the most _unusual_ "annual review" practice you enjoy? 

In my case it goes to Beeminder, and they use it to fund their product development. What matters in terms of my behavior is that I lose it.

Wonder, if in general, there is a danger of “helping a good cause” excuse to miss a goal? Are there other kinds of losses that may be more effective? (BTW, I’m a long-time admirer of you and your work (since Apple days). Very inspiring. Thank you!)
