Ideally, no one is in charge of software design (including games) and instead anyone who wants to participate in adding ideas and art can, so that it's more well rounded, instead of being fine for just a small segment of the population, the way most stuff is now.

I feel like it has already started. Nowadays most of the app are filled with animation, graphics and engaging flows.
It is just a matter of time when SpriteKit will converge to UIKit or vice-versa.

We tried to design Delicious Library kind of like a game. It’s definitely my touchstone. My pitch for Dwelling is “Imagine if you could play The Sims but with your actual house.”

Yeah! It would be great! Every time Twitter needed to get updated they would hire a bunch of people. Then release the update, and fire half the staff.
