Then, in followup sessions you'll be re-tested. By spacing the sessions appropriately, you'll consolidate the ideas in the essay into long-term memory.

This is a first stab at developing a mnemonic medium. We're hopeful we can make it a lot better. It's part of a larger research project, aimed at developing new media forms for augmenting human intelligence.
