Lots of interesting observations and clever solutions scattered throughout the report. I particularly liked how the team minimized the amount of time students spent waiting on others.

One interesting design challenge in this project was to facilitate peer learning without any student ever having to wait. We used model work to cover delays in initial submission, revision and social browsing to cover delays in receiving replies from peers.

Would be wonderful to see start to support more open-ended activities. These explorations outline a very promising path forward.
