There should be an email and a message with more info in YouTube Studio, it will include detailed resources and next steps. If you were removed from YPP for policy reasons, you can reapply in 30 days.

Thanks for the screenshot. If you upload content from multiple sources, or reupload/repurpose someone else’s existing content (ie “reuse content”) then you won’t be eligible for YPP. FAQs and best practices here: https://yt.be/help/reused-content … & you can always reapply in 30 days.
