Tough to have mass gatherings like concerts or ballgames without either mass adoption of the vaccine or a means of signaling.

Is there a way for someone to easily show that they have been vaccinated - like a bar code they can download to their phone? There ought to be.

I’ve been tested at a photo shoot or interview and gotten a bracelet showing I was negative. Then we could interact more freely.

WTH not? You carry a: ▪︎ Driver's license - proof you can drive. ▪︎ Proof of insurance cards - auto, medical etc. Nobody squawks about that. This "free society" blather is just a lame excuse. Grow the hell up. Mature individuals sometimes act for the greater good.

Think less in terms of government mandate. More in terms of convenience when many private businesses start requiring you to show proof to enjoy their services. And they will do it without governments twisting their arm. This is for everyone's safety.
