I’d start fining gun manufacturers $1 million for each person killed by their weapons. That would get more companies focused on how to keep guns out of the hands of those who would do others harm.

Mass shooting outside of Baltimore, the 3rd in 24 hours. www-m.cnn.com/2018/09/20/us/ We are the only developed country with this level of gun violence. Americans feel that there is nothing that we can do. They are wrong. But meaningful action requires new political leadership.

Are you gonna fine truck companies for every person ran over by a terrorist or knife companies or drug companies? Americans will never give full control over to the government. You run on this nonsense and see how far you get. And I don't even like guns.

The issue is not with the gun manufacturers. The issue start with the lack of regulations to buy guns: real time background checks, etc... The negativity which the media broadcast negatively influence young people.

The issue is the media convincing people that we don’t have enough regulations on gun purchases. Every gun I bought required a real-time background check.

Hard disagree. It's not their responsibility to police people's actions. The fault lies with the killer alone. It'd be like saying you'd fine restaurants $1 million for people who discuss criminal plots over dinner at their establishment.
