You spent half a billion dollars on "economic action plan" ads, that did absolutely nothing. What planet do you live on?

Blah blah blah. Worst Global recession since the 1930’s and Canada came out on top. If a recession even half that bad hit now we’d be fucked and inflation would skyrocket. Stop comparing today’s liberal actions to the Harper era actions. They are not alignable.
-
Well thank God Harper and the CPC spent half a billion dollars on pointless ads and put us deeper in debt during worst recession since the 30's. What an economic genius! If only Harper had his way, he could have deregulated the banks and we would have had even more debt! Shucks
-
Harper is by far superior over Trudeau when it comes to understanding economics. Please just listen to the two speak while putting aside your political beliefs.
-
I was conservative until Harper's tragic economic "action plan". His govt put us in crazy debt. Conservative govts represent the majority of Canada's debt. I judge by actions and record. I'm vigilant against all politicians no matter the party I'm not beholden.
-
Please show me debt to GDP ratios for the present vs Harper era years. Look it up. During global recession Canada had much lower debt to GDP ratios than what we currently have on the go. Simple enough for you ?
-
Our current debt to gdp ratio is the best in the G7. The CPC and scheer never like to bring this up. I'm actually surprised you brought it up, doesn't help your case. The debt to gdp ratio worsened every single year of Harper's time in office. It's only now starting to improve.
-
It’s not improved. It’s worse and I just want to see Canadian oil supported over foreign interest.

Citing the ‘Toronto Sun?’ Without credibility. Scheer propaganda.
-
Total lies! Trudeau has been paying down the debt the way Chretien did when he was in power during good economic times. Oh wait. No he didn’t. Trudeau spent like a drunken sailor.
-
Harper ran up the debt by $156 billion dollars. Like every other phoney deficit hawk you were silent back then. If you really wanted to tackle the debt you’d advocate for taxing the billionaires who hide their money and overseas bank accounts.
-
I’m all for that. But I’m not for Trudeau who simply raises taxes on the middle class worse than anyone else. I voted for him despite it being against my $ interests. It turned out worse than I expected and he turned out to be the vapid snowboarder/part-time teacher that he is.
-
Trudeau himself took advantage of these tax avoidance schemes. So did Prime Minister Turner. So did our finance minister. The middle class is paying more because of billionaires pay nothing.

Never before have we seen such a
#weak opponent in Andy. His only resort is to lie, make shitty memes and quote the Toronto Sun. -
Just like Donald Trump quoting Fox News.

I'm going to steal that and tuck it away for good use against the Con attacks. Thanks for posting it!

Never before has an opposition leader lied so much, misinformed the public and expected to be elected Prime Minister of Canada. Canadian voters will judge him on his lies when the time comes to vote
