Brilliant talk Andrew. Much awaited! I personally would not use "forgive" but rather use "move on" or "let go" to describe leaving the dark thoghts. "Forgiving" meant "violence-demand forgiveness-repeat" to my attacker. So to me forgiving=guarenteed new violence.
