The kids participating in youth day must stop at every booth in the kids room to get a stamp on their scavenger hunt card. If they get all the stamps, they get a ticket into a drawing to win something. No one I’ve spoken to knows what the prize is.

This mom & daughter drove 8+ hrs for Youth Day. “We came from the shooting range. I loved doing it. They have stationary targets...moving targets...different kinds of creatures...different kinds of guns. And I shot the whole time because she [mom] doesn’t want to shoot.”pic.twitter.com/Es8RlhYw9x

Lorelai learned her gun safety from the @NRA’s cartoon mascot. “Eddie Eagle says, ‘When you see a gun, stop. Don’t touch. Run away. Tell a grown-up.’ I’ve had to use that twice.” #NRAConvention #NRAAM18 #youthdaypic.twitter.com/nxf3hzWvZ8

Even though Youth Day took place in its own room, there were plenty of children walking through the main exhibition halls with their parents.
