Actually, Colorado schools are funded $2,500 LESS per pupil than the national average AND teachers have the 4th lowest salary in the nation

I'm all for marijuana money helping education - but specifically here in Colorado it went to funding construction costs for schools. Not teachers, not technology, not textbooks & materials.
