@AmericanAir I know exactly where my wallet was left on plane. Why can't you contact flight crew directly rather than use 3rd party system?

I can give exact seat location and where the wallet was between the seat & wall. The L&F system you use doesn't even ask that.
Still haven't received a message from anyone. Again, I know exactly where my item is.
