These arrests primarily consisted of unarmed people. They were met w/ force by @MortonCountySD among others incld mercenary group TigerSwan
I saw 33 unarmed peaceful protesters get arrested at the Kirkwood Mall for praying at a #StandingRock protest. Yet only 4 arrested in VA
