I build houses for a living. People do it all the time. Rarely is there anything worth taking in a house in this stage. Maybe a few 2x4’s or some drywall...which I don’t think he was there for.

It’s not up for debate whether he was in or out of a half built house. The issue is two white goons killed a guy who was running in their neighborhood.

I've done that too. Just wanted to see how others were living. And I wanted to see changes in how houses were being designed. Not quite worthy of a death sentence.

Yep. Once even ran into the owners who took me on a tour. Wasn't a big deal then; isn't a big deal now.

Growing up in the suburbs, unfinished construction was our playground. At 12 or 13 we used to jump off the roof of an unfinished 2-story house into a giant dirt pile. Like every day after school. Cops just told us to stop jumping.

Yup! Now I wouldn't be so ballsy but at 12 I gave less of a shit haha.

Was this supposed to reveal some sort of damning information?? How awful and insulting to this poor family. My heart breaks for them, and I have so much shame for the indifference people have for the suffering of others.

I do this often my dream is to build my Own someday so construction sites or homes being built is a favorite pastime and while also I’ve noticed many others do the same

I’ve done this while an adult. Want to see the layout.
