The case against China does not hinge on the lab. In fact, the lab is irrelevant. What is relevant is that China knew of a danger and failed to warn the world. Failure to warn was the basis for Perdu Pharma to be sued, it was also the basis for actions against Monsanto, & others.

Less than a week ago, Pompeo was pushing a bogus conspiracy that it was started in a lab. Fox News parroted that as well. Where are all the cries for fake news now?
