Of course it’s true to say the US #Coronavirus death toll surpassed that of Italy. True, but meaningless, since we are comparing populations of vastly unequal size. Imagine the headline, “US Cancer Death Toll Surpasses That of Italy.” Who would be dumb enough to report this?

Spain has 16k dead. Britain 10k. We have less than 20k and are exponentially bigger. The media is fanning hysteria.
They had a few weeks on us... these numbers aren’t slowing down
