Could maybe br argued this is biological terrorism, no? We know enough about COVID-19 to know that this is almost guaranteeing if a few show up with it, just about everyone would get it...and spread it around, all over. Overwhelming hospitals & getting more medical staff sick.

They surely are aware of the damage this is capable of causing. But then again, lot of people think this is a hoax or that cure alls will cure COVID-19; so it wouldn't overly surprise me that they'd be that stupid too.
