"frontliners" weren't mentioned, didn't come out of his mouth. I think he meant "everyone" or "anyone". But, need to put words in his mouth to spin it!
Do you not understand what the word “imply” means? It is a “conclusion that can be drawn from something although it is not explicitly stated.” Come on.
