They are getting utilized by healthcare providers to protect themselves while working, patients who are not +COVID, and those who are. In healthcare field, providers are taught how to properly utilize universal precautions and PPE. It is typically taught before clinicals.

It could be anyone who works in the hospital. It could be the people who take in the inventory and distribute it. You said Nurses. He didn't name anyone but he said it needs to be looked into. What's wrong with that? It should be.

Of everyone I know in healthcare, the only ones I know who took home supplies from work, are Trumpers. And they admit it readily and proudly.
