What level of coverage do you have with Blue Shield? It looks like your insurance is through

Anyone telling you to switch cell plans has maybe never tried to exit a contract. It's like $450+ to leave before the contract is up, and if your phone is on a lease program they own it so you have to send it back even though you've potentially paid for most of it.
