THEY MUST: Freeze rent and mortgages. Freeze utility payments. A family/person getting $1200 one time can’t make it last long at all.
I’m a single person. My health insurance is $600. My car payment is $350. My utilities are $150. My phone bill is $120. How am I supposed to EAT on this without any additional income?

Will you be able to file for unemployment? I believe it's supposed to be $600 weekly for three months, in addition to the $1200.

You should always save enough for six months. Also, if you have a 401K I’ve heard they may forgo the penalty on withdrawal up to 50%

Health insurance $600, holy cow! My health insurance is 39 dollars. I have blue cross medical and vision. When I’m done with vision I will get rid of it and get dental. I’m single person , and work for Amazon. My deductible is paid. My T-Mobile is $75.

Any assistance is just deferred. You have to pay it eventually. That doesn’t ease my mind. I too have a single income that barely covers living expenses. House $580 car $270 utilities $210 phone $65 internet $50 car insurance $70, etc. I can’t not work! Overwhelming!
