WTF - Trump spoke to the head of Carnival Cruise Lines this morning to discuss using the ship's beds to put sick people in. This is a dangerous idea and clearly a move so Trump can take government funding and help his buddy out.

I used to work as a performer on Cruise Ships. When we were docked next to a Carnival cruise ship we would laugh at it. They are the absolute worst. The entire industry looks down on them.

I should add when I say “look down on them” that is literal. Carnival has the smallest ships. The other companies would tower over them.

I could be wrong but I would think those ships would have to be decommissioned after. No one would ever want to stay on them. Good way to get the government to pay for new ships for your fleet.

The cruise industry needs to be sent to the scrap heap of history anyway. The people are already sick anyway. Maybe there they will be relatively isolated and people who don’t have support can get it. Hospitals cannot help them all.
