Would be interesting to know the whole story. The very small window we see here appears that they were already chasing someone, and she ran into him. The cop does push her then starts to pursue original suspect, but it looks like she said “the magic word” and received the focus.

Definitely escalated more than it ever needed to. Would like to know what the original suspect did to get everyone’s dander raised so much that tensions were that high. Was it a violent offense, or was there an overreaction to something minor that escalated before the “bump”?
