Way to go losing my bag, @AmericanAir. I haven’t been home outside of being sick since the beginning of the year, and this is what I return to. A simple flight with no delays, no weather issues, and you lost nearly ALL of my clothes. Pathetic.
Be sure to open a missing bag claim on AA’s website. They will reimburse depending on when bag is returned and if any items are missing.

I definitely had valuables in that bag. I opened the claim through the app, assuming it’s the same?
